Join Bianca on this yoga retreat to help nourish the body, mind and soul. During this retreat you will explore different styles of yoga, meditations and breath work. This will allow you to open yourself up mentally, emotionally and physically. You will also have free time to explore the nature trails, take naps, read… do what you need. Bianca will also be offering Reiki sessions for a small additional fee during your time here.

Yoga is for all bodies, all ages and all fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga – This well known style of yoga, includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help bring peace to the body, mind and soul. The postures include the known sun salutations as well as seated and standing postures/movements.

Yin Yoga – Slower paced class with asanas (yoga postures) that help get your body into a deeper stretch while focusing on correct alignment as well as how to listen to the body. These postures are held for longer periods of time (approx. 2-4 minutes) and can sometimes be held with props. We do this to get our body the mobility it needs without overdoing it.

Restorative Yoga – A very gentle, soothing and passive style that uses props to hold seated and supine poses. These poses can be held for 5-7 minutes each. The aim is to allow your body to completely relax into each pose while working on the mind and breath.

Reiki – Energy Healing. It is an energetic massage of the central nervous system and is a hands on and off technique. It will help you to reach a deeper level of relaxation while allowing your key energy centers (Chakras) to open, become balanced and grounded.

 

Reiki sessions (with crystal therapy) are an additional $50.00 (1hr)

4:00pm – Arrive and settle into your cozy cabin

5:00pm – Retreat Introductions & Meditation

6:00pm – Dinner

7:00pm – Restorative Yoga & meditation (45min)

 

SATURDAY

9:00am – Breakfast & free time

10:30am – Hatha Yoga & meditation (1.5hr)

12:30pm – Lunch & free time

*Reiki sessions available during this time

5:30pm – Dinner

7:00pm – Restorative Yoga & meditation (1.5hr)

 

SUNDAY

9:00am – Breakfast & free time

10:30am – Yin Yoga & meditation (1.5hr)

12:00pm – Group closing discussion

12:30pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Reiki session available
